If not I'm kinda stumped because you should have test patterns.

So given that someone has tried to bodge the repair with pennies, have you tried applying light pressure to each of those processors to see if there is any effect on the picture?

bingo ! after nearly burning my fingers
if i press the top processor the picture gets better almost perfect

ive found a replacement board my number is BN41-01367A BN94-02724G and the guy on ebay is BN41-01367A BN94-02755E

would this work in my tv ?

if pressing makes it work why not re-flow the soldeing with some decent flux?

It's a temporary fix in most cases. You could get it reballed which would be a permanent fix, but most people don't have the equipment or skills to reball BGAs.

Only if all connectors are the same AND it is from the same manufacturer and type of panel for example 40"/46"/55" Samsung panel.
