HP Laptop 25-dw2000nl Power supply
Good morning,
I have a problem with my HP 25-dw2000nl laptop. Since a couple of days the battery is not charging. I've tried changing both the power supply and the battery but either way it won't charge or hold a charge.
The laptop then only turns on and works when connected to the power supply. As soon as I unplug it it has no charge and shuts down. What could be the problem, can you help me?

All OK up to point 7, as you can see from the attached photo I have no S7, S3, S14 and S9 to put a check mark on.
"In the program:
1. Click "Detect Chip" and select W25Q40CL and "Select IC".

After disconnection from 220V the TV remains switched off with status led off. I need information on how to proceed with reprogramming the flash memory and the BIN file to reprogram it.
