Ok, this is my first thread so bear with me! I run the repair center for RainWise Inc so I have a decent electronic background and fix many electronics on the side for extra cash, normally video game systems and this is my first T.V, was given it for free for fixing an xbox 360 so I have nothing invested in it and plan to resell it if I can fix it. Basically not looking to invest a whole lot in replacement parts if thats what it comes down to. Anyways, onto the topic....
This is a Panasonic TC-50PS14 and the power light is flashing seven times. I opened it up and it was DUSTY, fans were bound up with dust, got everything clean and this is the inside...

(This is not the exact one I have, I couldnt figure out how to upload my image so this is one off the internet, exact same model though)
So anyways, I disconnected the SC board completely which also disconnects the SU and SD boards and the tv now blinks 6 times. I'm thinking that means a bad SC board which does not seem readily available. Does anyone know any other testing methods? I'm hoping it is the SU or SD since those are quite cheap. Feel free to offer any advice or correct anything I may be wrong about...
