Hello. Tcon issue

Im having issue with no picture if both is in and if either one is disconnected the other half show picture. Tried the tape fix on a pin that looks darker then the rest on the left lvds cable( looking from front of the tv. Then i get picture but some white lines flickering on the screen. Can this be the pin that is damaged and i only need a new cable? Tried to clean it with no success. The tv is out of warranty ofc...

I asked for a photo of the non-working buffer strip, and you gave me a photo of the cable that needs to be put in order with the contact pads, the strips are located at the bottom of the panel, here is an example in the photo.

Okay so im new to tvs hehe. The pin thats bad is located where the cable goes in the tcon board. But i also put in a picture of the plank. I hope these are the picture that you want.
