i have a panasonic the green light flashes over and over then goes constant after a minute the x sus and y sus light come on why its flashing then when it goes constant it goes off

To repair a TV, or anything, try to break down the problem.
- What does 13 blinks code for? Check the manual.
- Check the causes of this 13 blinks if available - for example if it says A Board+3.3V down check the 3.3V, if it is not present then trace back.
- Don't just randomly try stuff or shotgun replace parts - you'll spend money, waste time, and learn nothing.
Even if you did "fix" the TV with the heatgun, I would hope you would not return it to a customer, or sell it like that. It is very likely just to die in a couple of weeks. With a BGA, a proper reflow technique, and ideally a full reball, is really necessary.Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!

Hello,
Stopped by this site trying to fix my parents Panasonic Plasma TV.
Model number is TH-50PZ85U
Power comes on and the red power light stays on solid.
Did a few checks like hold the power button on for 60 seconds, hold the - Volume while holding the menu button, no luck, still@ blank grey screen as the screen lights up very vague.
I also hear a few clicks.
I also think my parents said there was a thunderstorm and the TV failed after that.

I also have back when Light of America had these light bulbs available for yard lights
The issue with Light of America was the blast boards had all most certain board failure while bulbs hardly ever fail
While the Lithonia lighting fixture has all most certain bulb failure
So I have modified the Lithonia lighting fixture to accept the Light of America light bulb and see how long this will last

Hey everyone!
I've gotten this TV for free, neither have it seen a TV repair man, neither have it been opened before.
This post describes my entire troubleshooting process of this TV.
When I turn it on using the ON/OFF switch at the side of the TV, the light rapidly flashes green, then it stays on, but it does not react to any of the remote buttons, side buttons, and doesn't play audio.
I've taken the unit apart, and I've started to check some voltages:
- On the P11 connector, there is 15V DC only for a brief moment, then it goes
