Most likely, main board.

I have sussed the screen it needed a twist a bit think it's the av board on it can not find one to buy one though . Ha ha it's blurred I have checked the ribbons the make no difference but when u push the av the screen goes spot on if you leave the tv cycling over and over then it stays onComment

Please confirm that the power supply fitted to this TV is BN44-00339B. I believe that you may have made a mistake with the TV model number. I have repaired a LE37C650L1K with the same fault that you describe. It was caused by a fault on the power board which I was unable to identify. Hi,
my Samsung QE65Q700TATXXC has stopped working recently. It worked fine during the morning, and when trying to start it later the same day it just refused to start.
The standby LED is working, but nothing happens when pushing the power button, other then the LED blinking once. No picture, no sound, no chime, no relay click. I tried a cold start, and other recommended fixes from Samsung. Nothing worked. Then i even tried to reflash the firmware, but nothing happened, not even flashing of the standby led etc.
