hi all
i find 10 bad caps thet replace in new ones, low esr

when click for on , the ledswitch from red to green and blink
after 5 or 7 blink the led turn to red and Hear a strange noise from the speakers.

whan i press to stat the green led blink and the transformar make a buzzer sound and after 3 or 4 second it no blink at the ccfl lamp and stop the buzzer sound and i see red led.

i test all the caps for esr and they test good {after i replase same of them}.
