I'm working on 42 inch set that I can't turn on. I have diagram and followed the flow chart which was pretty easy. The chart said replace the AV panel and I did but have same trouble. Red light blinks 3 times off and on. I have my 3 volts and 5 volts when I plug it up and I traced the 3 volt turn on back to IC on AV panel and it works up to that point but that s as far as can get change in volt. when switch is applied. Checked all panels for bad conn. and caps. and etc. seems to be ok. I have volt meter and can follow instruction ok. I'm just not familiar about this turn on path. I appreciate any help. Thanks!

It's probably the three ic fix. Very common on these models. Look it up on shopjimmy.com -
