BN96-00249A PSU from old 480i Sams. PS-42P3S No Vs supply

Ive checked all the supplies on this one, but find there's No Vs.

There doesn't appear to be any drive to the inverter mosfets supplying the Vs side of things--it appears to come from the same chip that controls the PFC circuit....
Chip has a 13V supply and all the small caps around it are new....

Ive replaced the PFC fets and the Vs drive fets. No change....

Any ideas?
