none as i can see. Replaced igbt's and driver on z-sus as per you suggestion and a diode as well.

Do you have a short across any of the connectors on the Z, for example from VS to ERC?

(I can't recall what this set uses for its ERC node, but it'll be something similar.)

        Hello Tom,

I will check the short between VS and ERC, for now i found that when i turn on removing cable between z sus and power board it looks like tv turns on without picture and sound but red light goes as if tv is on, and works with remote fine.

removing cable between z sus and y sus and letting power connected to z sus do the similiar clicking thing on and off.

One more thing i tested is when i turn it on i get 5v but i don't get vs or va on z sus if that helps.

Thank you for you valuable support.

Its short between vs, er and gnd.

This should be done on diode mode on multimeter with tv having no power right?

Yes... so you will have a shorted IGBT/FET on there or on the Y-sustain..

It's a case of replacing everything at once on these I'm afraid... or it won't work.

                  ok

so replacing igbt and drivers on both boards wil work? by the way short is present when y sus is disconnected from z sus. so zsus seems shorted again because of y-sus ? hmmm.

What i understood from your guidance:

Need to replace igbt and drivers on both boards at once? how to check if everythings fine before turning on?

                  Thank you Tom Once again!
