Problem with Samsung Tv UE49MU6120KXZT (Version 01)

Good morning I have a problem with my Samsung UE49MU6120KXZT (Version 01) TV with Motherboard BN94-12644A.

After disconnection from 220V the TV remains switched off with status led off. I need information on how to proceed with reprogramming the flash memory and the BIN file to reprogram it.

I have purchased this programmer on Ebay: CH341A EEPROM PROGRAMMER FLASH BIOS 24 25 SERIES + CLIP TEST. I include photos of the motherboard. I am not very experienced but I would like to learn so the more detailed the information, the better it will be for me to proceed with this repair.

If there is already a thread of this type can you send it to me or link it, thanks in advance

Look for a chip on the motherboard with number IC1604 (spi flash 25Q40CL), unsolder it and, through the adapter on the programmer, read the data (dump) from it and post it here, I will fix it and you will write it back to your chip and solder it in place...

Thank you very much, I will proceed as you told me, one more question which programme should I use to run the programmer? with the purchase they didn't provide me with anything, only the programmer.

You will most likely have to mod that programmer to be able to set the registers. There are a few threads that mention how to do it and google also.

          "NeoProgrammer V2.2.0.10" is best suited.

Why, pack it in zip or winrar.

And status register (0x88, 0x42) was set and written after recording dump?

In this thread I explained to everyone many times how this is done...

All OK up to point 7, as you can see from the attached photo I have no S7, S3, S14 and S9 to put a check mark on.

                        "In the program:
                        1. Click "Detect Chip" and select W25Q40CL and "Select IC".
                        2. Click "Unprotect".
                        3. Click "Erase IC" and "Yes".
                        4. Click "Open File" and select your corrected Dump.
                        5. Press "Program IC" and "Yes".
                        6. Click "Verify IC".
                        7. Press the down arrow to the right of "Unprotect" and select "Edition SREG", put a check mark on S7, S3, S14, S9 and press "Write" and "Yes"
                        7. Close the program. Ready."
