Issue with Plasma Philips 37inch chassis FTL2.1

Hello guys,
My Plasma Philips 37inch chassis FTL2.1 does no picture ,and goes into protection mode after 30 seconds (red led blinks at 3Hz).


Can someone has any symptom like this ?
