Hi,
I have a Panasonic TC-L47E50. TV turns on with remote...red light comes on steady...in a few seconds the backlight comes on. The red light stays on steady and I cannot get any menu or picture. I have tried resetting (factory)it in the blind and leaving it unplugged overnight with no change. Any ideas were to start on this one?
