Did you test the fuse on the new tcon before or after you placed it in your panel? Theres a chance that your panel may be causing the fuse to blow just as in your original tcon board. I would say you probably have a bad panel causing the fuse to short.

Sadly it tested bad out of the box from RetechTV. I have left a bunch of messages but they have yet to return any calls.

VONE and VOFF are both OK. Not sure what else to suggest. Gamma voltages are a little iffy, but might be OK for this panel.

I am going to try ordering from a different vendor and see what my results are.
