Need help techview plasma 42" tv New member here

Hello all. I have a techview 42" Plasma tv model number pstw4200u. The problem is the tv picture flashes/flickers very bright but the images appear ghostly. It will do this for a few minutes then the picture will return to normal, 5 min later it starts all over. It does this with all inputs including DVD player, cable and video games. What part or parts should I look into changing?
There's no issues with power or sound

Start taking off the back cover and getting pictures of the boards so we know what we are dealing with.

Should be something like VS VS GND GND VA VA 5V ... or such... but something like that, will vary.
