The first three pics look great, what happened. Tab bonds? Try pushing.on.the two most outer tabs where they go into the panel.
Did I leave the soldering iron on?

i did and nothing changed i also added the carboard under the board like it said and on top to keep the frame off the chips but its still the same... the first 3 pics was the first 5 min of tv being on then it started acting up
another thing i noticed... no t-con board? it goes from the main board to the panel where there is this long 20 inch skinny board connected to the panel

Ah yes the new style all in one mmainboard. Cost cutting rears it's ugly head. Try freeze spray on the mainboard then try the long boards on top of the panel.

yeah, that looks pretty different from mine Mine comes up with the bars and stays with the bars - they're also not random like yours, they're 6 equally spaced columns (actually, with the new t-con, there's really only 3 on the left).

Since yours comes up normally and then starts failing, it seems like an overheating problem. Did you try the "tab bond repair" technique that involves adding thermal bonding material between the tabs and the frame? There are chips on the actual ribbons that can overheat, apparently..

Strange LG TV issue : Image vertical lines in black screen
              by Ancient1
              Hi

              Asking for a friend.

I'm used to black vertical line in otherwise good image - probable solution is a rubber to push and tighten the COFs bonding.
but here its the opposite !

TV has new T-con = same issue
A missing panel voltage would have global effect

So , what should one do ? how can I find where the fault is ?

              Thanks !...

Partial Success Repairing Vertical White Bands on HP Z30i
              by lowteq
              Hello.

I was given a HP Z30i LCD computer monitor that had several white wide vertical bands on it. I had another Z30i that was working and after a lot of swapping of components I found that the logic board, TCON board and associated ribbon cables were healthy. The problem was the ribbon cables that go from a long slender PCB across the top of the panel onto the panel itself. The problem connection was on the PCB side not the glass panel side. These ribbon cables are attached with some kind of heat set adhesive.

I'm aware that this type of problem usually isn't repairable...
