    Samsung LN46a750Rif cycling/clicking

Picked up a Samsung 46" LCD, LN46a750rif. Powered tv, relays on the power supply click to power on, about 8 seconds later click again to power off. All the while the power light flashes 7 times. All voltages coming from supply are good, fuses good tcon, inverters. I can hear a faint high pitched pulse sound coming from power board, its obviously a main board fault. I wanna fix the main board, anyone?

""I can hear a faint high pitched pulse sound coming from power board" I would try to find out why it is making the sound first. Good clear pictures of the boards?

I have had a couple other tv's "high pitch hum pulse sound" coming from the power supply over the years. It USUALLY ended up being main board was loading up the power supply, hence the sound. Here is the pics.
