SAMSUNG LN46E550F6F need PS Schematic

I have a Samsung LN46E550F6F. PS turns on/off cycling, and I get all the correct voltages on CN802 that connects to the main board, but no backlight power on CN801. Fuses FS801 and FS802 are good.(.3 ohms).
I down loaded a service manual full of pictures charts but not a single schematic. I find more and more manuals dont include schematics. Even some you start to buy tell you no schematics are included. What good is it if no prints are included.

Post pictures of your board. It will help me tell you what to check next. Its almost impossible to get some schematics since they rip out so many of these at a time and move on to the next revision.

Tried to post from phone but no luck. Did not bring my good camera today. I jumpered the PS-on to 5v stby and it stays on. If main board to PS on CN802 in #14 will drop to
0vdc shutting down the PS then it will come back to 3.45vdc and turn back on. this tells me that the 5vdc on PS is good but the main board is sending back an intermittant PS-on
comand. I will order another board. No schematics on main board either.
