Samsung LN46B640R3FUZA - Junkyard Find - Missing Switch Panel

l recently picked up a Samsung LN46B640R3FUZA at the local landfill. When I turned it on, it seems to work pretty well, except for a faint 6" or so vertical slight lightening of the picture just right of center. I'll explore the tab fixes discussed elsewhere for that problem.

The other problem is that it has no front bezel. The screws from the back screw into the remnants of the front bezel - they all have black plastic cylinders attached. Perhaps the unit was dropped? There is a 6-wire (1 blue, five white) ribbon cable sticking out that comes from the IR board with the metal pins on the end. So the front bezel must have had the controls attached.

Does anyone have or know where to find a (hopefully free) manual or schematic, or can at least a pin-out of the controls? I'm thinking of making a wooden frame for the front and a wooden stand - mahogany maybe? Should look nice. I could use standard push-button switches if I knew how to hook them up.

    Thanks.

Perfect - thanks! I'm up to a dozen or so TV's from the landfill and Craigslist (and a Yamaha surround sound system, a couple of computers, a weather station, . . . .) either repaired or parted, inspired and assisted from the folks on this list. What a great resource - you guys rock!
