    I doubt it makes any difference, now do both fans run? Or not?

      .No, I have them both disconnected and jumped with a working tv with no back on it to keep the tv cool

        I would say you need to replace both fans then or find the cause of the fans getting no power, any chance you can try the jumper with the fan connected?

            Ordering fans soon. Anything ,like a tool, voltmeter etc I should order while I'm shipping? Have screwdriver and that is about it. What about something like the thing u can check if something is hot or not? A light goes off.What about something to replace the clips? But , theoretically the fans will do that , correct? Having the back off the tv and revealing what goes into a pretty picture is intriguing.
