Hi all, I have a Samsung UA40C6900 tv. The problem with the tv is it keeps trying to power on repeatedly. I can hear the chime and for few seconds it shows distorted picture then again shuts down. Please see the attached pics of the tv. I am dealing for the first time with an LED slim tv so don't know what would be the correct reading on SMPS output. Here are the readings:

By looking at the picture I suspected TCON board but even after disconnecting the TCON the TV keeps cycling the boot process. I can also see the backlit coming on and off. So the problem can be in the main board?? Not sure ? I also tried disconnecting, cleaning and reconnecting the cables connecting TCON and screen but that didn't made any difference. Please suggest.
