I have the exact TV with the same issues except mine had blown caps. After replacing them and checking power supply that is was outputting stable correct voltages the TV still would not run on. I read through all your post check everything you did. I found a button on the back of the main board. Must be some kind of test button. When I push it the the back lights light up and tv works. After leaving it on for a while the Tv started turning on and off perfect no more 10 second flashing green light. I turned the tv off and let it cool down and now it is back to not working.. Pressed the button on the back of the mainboard and it started working again. So it appears something is wrong with the mainboard. I just wish I new what the button is doing or bypassing that it makes the tv work.
