Samsung UN32D6000SF no picture has sound

Well this is my other project I am working on, LED LCD samung UN32D6000SF 32 inch. power comes up, sound works, led backlights working, no picture. Tcon gets 12v, fuse is good, no shorted components that I can tell on the tcon. Reseated cables as well, and tried disconnecting one ribbon at a time to the panel, just to make sure the panel is not defectve.

Anyway, tcon is making a ticking noise and you can see the picture ever so slightly flicker in unisom with the ticking. Cant really pinpoint where on the tcon the sound is coming from. Without a scope I cant rally tell whats going on. Ever had a tcon make a ticking sound? WHat should I look for? Diodes and fets dont seem shorted.

Does ticking disappear when BOTH panel ribbons are isolated?

OK, this indicates the panel is not causing the fault.

Places to look would be shorted capacitors (MLCC typically), diodes, transistors.
Check AVDD around 15 to 18V.
Check VGL around -5 to -10V.
Check VGH around 20 to 35V.
Check VCOM around half AVDD.
Check gamma voltages (e.x. VGMA1...16) Monotonic increase/decrease expected from 0V~AVdd or AVdd~0V.
