samsung LNT5265FX/XAC

Hello smart people
This time a samsung tv..
Picked it up for free,guy said it was slow in turning on,repeat on/off to get it going,few days later it died..
I opened it up and saw 5 bulging caps on power supply,I ended up replacing all 13 caps on the cold side of the power supply.
Now when I turn it on,it gives me the chime and turns on the back light.
But no menu,no screen or sound...non responsive to remote and/or buttons.As in,it doesn't show me the screen menu etc... Off and on does work with remote or buttons..
So,I do measure 3.4v,5.5 v,6v,12 v and 13 v on connector cnm801,but don't know how they count the pins. (see pic of connector).
How does the counting go??

Check the DC voltage on both ends (with ref to the chassis ground) of the fuse on the T-CON board.

Took shield off T-con board,plugged ribbons and plug from mainboard back in.
Grabbed multi meter and........................fuse you say??? lol
Could you tell me where it is?? Looked with a magnifying glass(with cool light in it,walmart sspecial) and can't find it

Just a little to the left of the connector, next to cap CL02, it is labeled with F1, very small SMD fuse.

12.9 volts on both ends of fuse

OK, that is good then, it is getting the voltage but not producing any image. There is a small white connector to the right of the LVDS connector, I see 3-leg SMD IC324 connected to the traces that goes to that small connector. What DC voltage do you get on all 3 legs?

top leg is 0volts.middle leg is 3.3volts,bottom leg is 12.9 volts...

OK, it is 3.3V regulator. OK, there are two switching power supplies that I can see. To the bottom left of the board, you see black sq transformer with round core in the middle, the left of it is D8, and close by there are two voltage test points AVDD_1, and AVDD, see what you get there. Another power supply circuit has L1 and D5, take the reading on both ends of D5. Also take the reading of D8 both ends.

AVDD-1 = 12.85 volts,AVDD =0 volts,D5 top leg =0 volts,D5 bottom leg =2.66 volts

I expect voltage at AVDD, but not sure how much it should be. At this point I would say you have bad T-CON board.

Could the bulging caps on the powersupply have caused this???
The T-con is getting a single power into the board? (as in hoping I,m missing a 12v from the PSU,lol)

BTW,shouldn't it have working sound?

Let me take that back,it DOES have sound....(just had it on the wrong input,hard to tell if you got no screen,lol)
