I have a Samsung HLT5687s and i recently replaced the red led card due to heat damage and when i replaced the led i noticed a large amount of dust in the unit. I read that dust is usually the culprit of a short life span of a led card, so to the question, how often should i clean inside the dip. Also was arctic silver CPU compound a good choice for the heat sink that goes to the red led?
