Sanyo DP42848 2 second to black problem

I have a Sanyo DP42848 lcd tv that has the 2 seconds to black problem. I have taken the LCD screen out and found 2 of 18 tubes that have black spots on them which I will replace (ordered new ones) but I also have noticed that when I turn it on and the lights fire there is a buzzing from the right board where the lamps connect. upon closer inspection I located the position of the buzz along the board which runs vertically along the right side. There is a discolored cap at the approximate location of the noise. I cannot determine the value of this cap and am including a picture of the problem child. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than myself can identify the cap and steer me in the right direction to purchase one. Another question is: should I replace all 18 of them on this board?
Thank you in advance for any help

The blue caps are 15 pF (picofarad)/6 kV (kilovolt) caps. I suspect that only the burned cap is damaged, but it looks like they're cheap if you want replace all of them.

so I guess if there are only 2 digits on ceramic capacitors then it is always in Picofarad? the 15J was what was hanging me up I didn't see the third multiplier digit and I knew the J was the tolerance.

Onkyo TX-SR607 HDMI problem showing a black screen intermittently

Onkyo TX-SR607 HDMI problem showing a black screen intermittently, audio was OK.
It would usually cut out a few minutes after power on, for maybe 1 minute then work OK, then cut out and go to black again. Or fade out to sparkles and noisy video.

Well known is these boards need recapping and there is a strange mix of parts on both sides of the board.

          The bottom of the board has 100uF 4V (5.3*5.3mm, qty 5) and 220uF 4V (6.6*6.6mm, qty 5).
Per the service bulletin, an issue is the Toshiba LDO's want low ESR for stability so I went with 100uF 6.3V polymer...

          by theone111
I have an LG Plasma TV 60PM6700 for the past ~12 years.

In the last ~3-4 months I have been having some issues.
          1. Problem: It started with random picture disappearing (sound still worked).
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait a few seconds before turning it on again.
          2. Problem: Then it got worse and the TV started to shut down and when turning on the no picture just sound.
Frequency: Happened about once a week.
Solution: Had to turn off TV wait about 10-20 seconds and turn it on again to solve.
          3. Problem: TV shuts down
