Haier 32” LCD TV L32B1129a no video

I have Haier 32” LCD TV can only shows backlight but no video. I did google search. It looks like very common problem.

My model number is L32B1120a. It is little bit off on the model but I guess it is the same problem. I'd be glad to hear your expert opinion about possible fix to this TV.
I have opened back cover. I don't see any visible bad caps.
Lots of these TV went bad when they just been bought for a couple of days. It must be some kind manufacture defects.

I would look closely at the t-con in particular the fuse on it.

I may have to ask a dumb question. Is the board under the arrow the t-con board?

Your panel one is of those panels with integrated T-CON so you cannot replace the T-CON board. You may be able to see the surface mounted fuse but I doubt that it will be fixable for beginner, you will have to take the panel metal frame apart to look for the fuse.
