Samsung Plasma Black vertical bar on left side

Model number s42ax-yb07, mfg:2009. So here is another broken TV i bought that I already repaired once. I bought this tv with a now power issue and ended up replacing the X-main (only) with an ebay card. It worked great and I sold it to a friend. About a month later it started doing this. Visually, everything looks ok under the back cover. What say you BC Forum?

Either a loose connector on the appropriate X DRIVER connector.
Or the plasma panel is bad.

Make changes only to these connectors while the TV is unplugged, failure to observe this may lead to damage to the panel.

Samsung Plasma Intermittent Vertical Bars (repeatable) PN50B430
      by JesusJones
Trash picked this plasma for parts and found it had some bad solder joints. It powered on after reworking most of the boards and seems like it may even work.

The symptoms is, when showing a picture of bright (mostly white) intensity (within the affected area only) a vertical strip 2 3/4" wide will begin to fuzz out (just to the right of samsung logo, 16 3/8" from screen edge), and soon turns black (from top to bottom). Changing to a darker scene immediatley ater will cause the black stripe to fade back in (it fuzzes and clears up again) and it starts working just fine....

      SAMSUNG TV PS51E550D 1W,
Symptoms: the panel is on but no picture, fuzzy color vertical lines at the black background at both sides of the panel. Very similar to this:

Disconnecting left side of the panel fixed the right side which went on and displayed picture although with vertical black bars coming from the middle X-BUFFER panel at the bottom of TV and the same 1 fuzzy color vertical line ~ 0.11 inches long and a few 1 pixel black bars. The disconnected left side showed fuzzy colorful bars, may be some glimpses of the the correct image from menu at the right side...

A2442 MacBook Pro 14" Two Left SIDE USB C ports charge but no data
      by Stephen
Right SIDE usb.c port charges and transfers data without issue, two left side uSB c ports charge but do not receive or see data. Was liquid damaged, and repaired significantly and thought we were in the clear but appears this is the last issue that is rearing its head. I am trying to locate the RETIMER chip that communicates the DATA TX/RX but I cannot seem to find it on the schematic or maybe I am just so tired my eyes wore out lol. Any help would be great.
