I picked up this ViewSonic 42 TV.

I took the back cover off, and I don't know where to start. I have been lucky to have got 2 LCD up and running by replacing the capacitors. The Viewsonic is looks out of my skill level.
The Green LED lights up and then the Red LED goes on
