Sharp LC42A66M goes to standby mode after 6 seconds

    Hi,

    I have a Sharp LC42A66M LCD TV.
Recently the 2 x 5A main fuse in the power board ( DPS-226AP-1 ) got blow off. I always put the TV on standby mode (red led light).

It just happened overnight like that.

I went to replace the 2 x 5A main fuse in the power board. After replacing, whenever i switch the TV on, it would goes to standby mode after 6 seconds.

The Led on the front panel would change from red to green light upon switching it on.There sound and the panel would display for about 1 sec then goes to standby mode (red led light).

What is happening to the TV?
Any kind souls out there, having the same problems as mine?

Anybody have a copy of the service manual?

    Thank you..

Would be a good idea to post some pictures of the TV's boards so we can show you places to look.

          Nice clear pictures. Thank you.

Do you have a digital multimeter?

OK, so on the connectors going to the MAIN BOARD (the one with the video inputs etc on it) check the voltages before it clicks off and after it clicks off. I have a hunch something on the power supply is bad as fuses rarely blow without obvious cause.
