philips plasma tv display off color and red spots

i have a plasma philips tv that i just got to show video and to my disappointment the screens color is off and there are red spots all over. also when i turn it one its all black and slowly fades in to the video. i was wondering if anyone had an idea of what could be the issue and if so what i can do to fix it. pictures will be linked so you can see what im talking about.

Z-sustain / X-main failure.

ill look in to those boards. i was able to fix the problem by adjusting the little plastic screws on the power supply and the logic boards but im assuming thats only a temporary fix.

It probably had an X-main fault and that's still there. The X-main is the same as the Z-sustain.

is there anything in particular that i should be looking for on those boards. i took them all out and re-soldered the joints to make sure it wasn't crap solder.

Usually there's a fuse on there. Pictures would help us help you.
