    Phillips (42PFL5432D/37) power button blinks/loud chirping

    I have a Phillips (42PFL5432D/37) when I turn it on the power button light blinks rapidly and it begins to chirp rather loud. I replaced one cap on the PSU (the top right 2200uf). It was the only one that was bulged out. After replacement still got the same issue. Should I replace the other 3? Or is it anything else on the PSU that needs replacement. Any info would be great
