Sony KDL-40S2000 Chassis 40WAX2 in standby mode...4 blinks

Set was on and I heard a loud pop then went into standby mode. I was hoping it was a bad cap but upon visual inspection...to no avail. I noticed a few months prior that with no warning the video would go out but the audio would play. I could turn set off then right back on and it would play all day. I did some checking and I found F002 open. I know something is shorted, but I replaced the fuse anyway just to eliminate any curiosity I had and it blows instantly. I have my 18v source voltage at R708. Rightfully so there's no voltage at SAN1 and my next step was to lift the cable at SAN1 to take it out of the circuit because I think something is shorted on PCB2676. Any assistance would b greatly appreciated.

I would flip the board upside down. There must be components underneath. Can we get a picture of it?

I could not get the entire underside of the panels in one shot, maintain focus and minimize glare from flash. This is the only way I could allow you to read the print, paths and the SMD's.
