If I plugged the TV in right now, it would turn on and be fine because its been sitting dormant for a while. But once its powered off and try to turn it back on, it doesn't fully power up. The green light comes on and then about 4 seconds later it clicks back off...into standby, same thing afterwards every time its a continuing cycle.
