What are the numbers of those two connectors?

Are you talking about the voltage readings?

Yes, 1M03 and 1M46. I will look them up in SM & check if they are OK.

So, here is the service manual. Philips provide very nice flowcharts & I highly suggest you read through them to understand how the TV works and where the fault may be.
