At this time, these main boards are discontinued and no longer available. There are some third party sellers available online which have them listed for around $200 and up, but those are going to be used boards.
Alternatively you can send in the main board to get serviced and fixed for around $80-$90. Your Nand chip which contains the software for the TV has failed and needs to be replaced. This is something that would be considered generally to be advanced sodlering since there are 48 pins to solder. If you are good with an iron and have experience, I suggest you go for it. You can buy the Nand preprogrammed for $35 from eBay.
