I have a 40 inch tv that when turn on doesn't show any picture, no menu no nothing, I opened it up and on the powerboard supply section there were a few WB 1000uf 10v caps that were bad I replaced them with 1000uf 16v caps but I still get the same problem, here are some pictures of the sections of the tv that I took, any help will be great!!

Do you see the screen flashes on at all if you look it in the dark room? You have the same boards as shown in YOUTUBE.

no the screen seem dead no flashing at all. another thing I notice is that when I touch the turn on/off button I hear a click sound and a little red light on the side blinks 4 times, the other buttons on the side makes beeps everything I touch them which sorta tells me that at this point the TV seems to be on, now I know is off when I touch the on/off button again and hear another clicking sound but the other buttons don't make beeping sounds. I wonder if this 4 light blinking is a code error or something.?
