    I just got a 42MF230A/37 from Freecycle. It powers up as expected, but I am getting a poor quality image from the top half of the TV. I wanted to reply here because I am reading similar experiences in this thread.

    I will look at the boards later, especially the buffer boards, but I have a feeling the capacitor(s) on these boards will be viable and functional.

    I will likely get a pair of replacement buffer boards from Coppell TV, and I'm wondering if I should purchase additional boards.

        Hi, I have a Samsung UE50TU with:
        - sound and backlight, but no picture
        - when it arrived, it had a picture for a few seconds
        - it keeps rebooting
        - without ribbon cable between the two panel boards, it does not reboot but I have no picture
        - without cable between mainboard and lcd panel, it does not reboot (but obviously i have no picture)
        - when i try a tape fix, its keeps rebooting, unless I tape off pin 1 (the innermost pin). In that case it does not reboot but I have no picture.

        Hi guys,
        I have problems no picture with LG model 50PT350, first of all, I change the 2 buffer boards who was no good, the TV working 2 weeks and today same problem, I check and I found Zsus board defect now, I change it for a new one and no picture, I check VS VA and 5 volts , all this voltage are there, I disconnect the upper buffer board, no picture, I disconnect the lower buffer board, no picture, what I have to check now?...
