Sony KDL-40W5100 rebooting by itself

I have just picked up this TV today and it has this rebooting issue where the video comes on for about 15-20seconds, I can't hear any audio, and then it reboots itself a couple of times. The video it's perfect every time it reboots.
After a couple of reboots, it will stop rebooting and it will blink 10x a red led.
In this short amount of time I couldn't do much with it, but I have managed to get to this menu(maybe a service menu or diagnostic menu), by pressing Display, 5, Volume down and Power.
I took these pictures to study them later.
I couldn't find a service manual for this TV.
Any help would be apreciated.

10 Blink error is Microprocessor IC7000 Communication failure.

thank you for your help. do you know what that means?
late last night I have managed to reset the TV and did the latest firmware upgrade and for now it all looks OK.
the audio issue it was my stupid mistake, forgot to reconnect the speaker plug.
all the error codes were cleared, so now I will be using it for a while to see how it works.
by the way to reset this TV and most likely other Sony TVs is to hold the up arrow button on the remote until you push the Power button on the TV, then you can release the up button

anybody had this issue before? I would just like to make sure that the reset and firmware upgrade it really fixed the problem before I sell it.
Somewhere I have read that a chip has to be replaced, that is true?
I haven't set up the tuner and not using the channels/auto programming, which I have read somewhere that can cause this issue.
