I just started having a problem with this tv. It seems like the color red is not responding. The picture is sharp and clear, it's just the color. Any ideas what part could be wrong?

Could be a control board issue. Care to show a picture of the problem?

Is it missing red with other inputs - dvd /pc?

Answer
Make sure remote control is in TV mode by pressing 'SELECT' button repeated until 'TV' lights up green.

Press the 'MENU' button.
Press the cursor down to select SETTINGS.
Press cursor right twice.
Press the cursor down to select RESET AV SETTINGS.
Press cursor right on START NOW. Press the 'OK' button.
Press the 'MENU' button to exit the menu.



Or a "Hard" reset Switch off and UNPLUG overnight
