    Ilo LCT32HA36 weird issue

Got a Ilo LCT32HA36 LCD TV that had no power. Opened it to find most all caps on the PSU leaking, bulging. Replaced them now I get power. However it cycles on its own without the press of any buttons. It acts like 2 sec to black and then shuts down on its own and powers back on by itself. Whats really weird is if I hold any of the buttons(except power) and plug it in it powers on and stays on(display and all). When I release whichever button I'm holding it shuts down and starts cycling again.

    Is this likely the mainboard?

    Some suggestions

    1) If you disconnect all the boards, does 5V standby stay steady?

    2) If you "jump" the power supply on, do the secondary voltages stay steady? Something like this (not your TV, but the concept is the same) ...

    3) On the main board, see if there are voltage regulators and check to make sure they are outputting the correct voltage.

    4) The eeprom on your main board might be corrupt?

    5) Top down view pictures (both sides) of your boards help us help you. Follow the instructions in my sig file exactly.
