It's a 2A 90V Schottky rectifier in a DO-214AA SMD package. Google is your friend.

Thanks. I did google search and found surface mount schottky barrier diode
SR29 = 90v 2A (do-214AC). I checked five stores but they don`t have it.
Do you know where can I buy it? In Canada or USA.

Digi-Key has their stock number MBRS190T3GOSCT-ND, ON Semiconductor part number MBRS190T3G available at $.57 each in single quantity. There are two caveats.

This is in the DO-214AA package, you might want to verify compatibility with the DO-214AC package (although I suspect the solder pads are the same).

And Digi-Key had only 12,351 on hand.
