    cheap sets with LED backlights

    This set had the screen dislodged from the mask.
    The screen is about 3/16 of inch thick, notice no ccfl's or metal frame.
    made in china...

    I'm curious about the power supply board. I never worked on an LED backlit TV. Could you post a picture of the power supply? Also, is it possible to post what type and model number of this TV?

      the set model# curtis lcd1533a the power supply is in pix 3, its a smps with a single 12volt out. there's better pix's on shop jimmy
