Hey guys, i am new to the forum have an issue with this 32 inch Mangavox LCD tv. Before repair TV screen backlight would flicker once or twice when you plugged it into a power outlet and then it would be dead. Took it apart and saw 2 caps vented on the Power supply and decided to replace three Cap's two that were vented and the other because of its location and size. After the replacement of the three cap's the screen flickers continuously like an old florescent lamp trying to light up. The TV has an led next to the power switch which never comes on in any color and never did since i have been working on this tv. The power button on the front has no effect on the flickering of the screen only when you plug it to an outlet is when you can stop or start the flicker of the screen. The Power supply board number is "3138 103 6282.1". Can somebody tell me if i put the right series caps on the Power supply. Do the small caps on these power supply go bad also and would it cause this symptom?
Images show the Power supply and what type of caps i replaced
Any input would be great.

Good job of documenting what you have done. The Panasonic NHG was a poor choice for this application. A Panasonic FM or FR would be the proper choices.

I took PlainBills advice and replaced the NHG cap with the proper FM cap. After this repair I still have the back light flicker continuously. No change from before. I am have done basic board level repairs on automotive applications and never tested power supply on a TV before. Can some one talk me through testing power input and output on this Power supply. The Power supply board number is "3138 103 6282.1".
