samsung ue325000akw it doesnt turn on

hi
i have the above model and it doesnt light even the standby
i changed the mosfet 60r580p changed the fuse 3,15 a
removed the shunt and again the same
i measured in two big voltages capacitors 310 volt dc but no other voltages
can you advice me someone ;
the power supply is bn44 00697a

Put pictures. Not sure why you would be changing mosfets and fuse..? Was fuse dead?

Check voltages leaving the PSU board, put pictures and report voltages here. There isn't enough data

i found a stranger ic 8 pin sem 3330 it was shunt i removed
i saw there is only in aliexpress it was late come and see if the tv works again
i saw in an old concersation here someone had the same problem with me changed the above ic and after it happens more damage
i ask if someone kas find an equivalent with mine ic
