Oki B6300 SMD Capacitors for Network port

I have had a few power hits and notices that network isn't working to printer, settings still set for static IP, get link LED on switch but no ping. Removed board "PWB Walther2 140E49380" and measured all (3) large caps (C2619, C2620, C2621) in picture with Diode Mode on Fluke, ESR meter, and continuity mode with reversing the probes, no readings for any. What value SMD capacitors would these be?

For cap value look in datasheet of this transformer and check if it is ok.
