12 volt Ridgid battery charger saying battery bad with no battery in charger

When the power blinked the battery charger when stupid the red and green LED lights flashing

Replaced the following capacitors

1uf@50 volts one
10uf@50 volts one
47uf@50 volts one
100uf@ 35 volts one
100uf@ 16 volts two

Now the battery charger works again the way it should
