I try to contact manufacturers that'll do commission style work. One of such is RH audio. They make speakers, PA amplifiers, etc. They normally do branding for other companies if they're over a certain limit, however for a fixed price they'll make you whatever you want under the limit, just you won't get as good of pricing unless you buy more.

So basically, if I get something I like, I don't care if in the time I was examining their product they came out with a cheaper, "better", version. I want what I was sent, and nothing different. And that's how I usually buy things. Sadly, this means I'm quite limited as to who I buy from for obvious reasons.
