    Codegen 400W PFC - 1,98 V +5VSB

As described in title, I have this PSU, when testing, fan is not revolving, no other voltages, just +5VSB, measured, oscilating between 1,70 and 1,98 V.
Visualy checked, nothing seems to be burned.
Before I start to desolder and check primary power transistors and diodes, chould I check anything else ?
If needed, I will attach inside pictures

The caps - both the small ones and the 5vsb output filter caps. I've seen a few 5vsb under-voltage problems caused by bad caps. If you can get a shot if its innards, I can show you which cap(s) are likely to be suspect. That said, though, There's a reason I often refer to Codegen as Explodegen. If it were me, that PSU would go straight off to the metal recyclers.
I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!

No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the jumper wires backwards

looks like every cap in it is toast even the primaries!
if you want to fix it replace every one of the lytics.
codegen are not known as quality units so unless its to learn just toss it.

I second what kc8adu said, that has a very bad case of bad capacitors. Replacing the capacitors will most likely fix the voltage issue.

First Replace the +5VSB Capacitor with new one in Secondary Side .

If the voltage is not OK by replacing Capacitor then You have a problem in Feedback Section For +5VSB . How have they managed the Feedback For +5VSB ? Can you give me a picture of the bottom side of the board ?
