SMPS controller help

Hi All,

I'm trying to repair a PCB that controls a kitchen extractor hood. The PCB has a switching controller that appears faulty and I'm looking for an alternative – if possible.

The device is a through hole 7 pin DIP package named LN5R05C.

Tritan 09110-01214- SMPS without controller

Hi all,

Got a few of these PSU for repair.
similar fault blown IRF840 and main fuse.

im trying to understand how is the gate signal created without any IC controller.

anyone can share a general schematic i can follow to TS?

i replaced the IRF and fuse, when connected with series lamp no problems.
but maybe i got fake mosfets because with direct connection it blew and took few more components on the way....

I have an ASUS ROG Strix- G513IH-HN008, motherboard G513-6050A3249301- MB-A04 (A4)

When I received the device, the device has no function. After an investigation, I found that the PWM CONTROLLER RT6575B (U6100) is getting warm and there is a short circuit at the 3V3 output. This normally supplies 3V3 for the embedded controller IT5571E-128 (U301). When measuring and analyzing with a thermal imaging camera, I found that some components are damaged: SLG4E42553VTR (U8500), IT5571E-128 (U301), LAN RTL8111H (U450), LOGIC 74LVC1G08GW (U1900), RT6575B (U6100) All these components are on...

TL494 PWM Controller Module Booard to control a SMPS switching power supply are they available for this purpose

I have seen some board on eBay and Aliexpress but I have not seen any for SMPS switching power board modules I would like to build one if I can not find one that is already made

Dose anymore known if there is such a module and where would I find some

Computime CANh011 Kitchen Oven controller burnt resistor what value?

Hello. I'm having a go at repairing my neighbours electrolux oven. This controller board mounts a tier display and has 3 button inputs. I have been given only the board.
There is a large 2Watts? Resistor that is on a power bus that goes to what i'm assuming is heating element and to a power supply that gives the board microprocessor power.

I don't know the value of the resistor its too burned.

Ideally I would like schematics or the probable value if people are familiar with repairing such devices.

Kitchen range hood not turning on

I have a kitchen range hood that recently stopped working. Initially pressing any of the buttons would power on the unit and then immediately power off. I took out the control board and replaced all of the capacitors and everything worked like normal for a few days. Now the buttons on the range hood don't work. The range hood is definitely getting power. When I jump the pins on the back of the board I can get the fan to turn on. It will turn off when I jump the pins again. The LEDs that are on the switches will randomly faintly glow when the fan is on. Any ideas or recommendations on what may...
